Arrival Procedures

Grade Level	Arrival Time	Designated Entrance
All Grades - Breakfast	7:30 am -7:55 am	Students will enter the school on their own using the main entrance by the ramp on Shakespeare Avenue.
3K	8:00 a.m.	Parents may drop off their children in the classroom during the first two weeks of school. Enter via Exit 2
Pre- K	8:00 a.m.	Parents may drop off their children in the classroom during the first two weeks of school. Enter via Exit 2
Kindergarten	8:00 a.m.	Students will enter the school on their own using the main entrance by the ramp on Shakespeare Avenue. Teachers will be waiting for their students. Exit 1
First Grade	8:00 a.m.	Students will enter the school on their own using the main entrance with the ramp. Exit 1
Second Grade	8:00 a.m	Students will enter the school on their own using the main entrance by the ramp on Shakespeare Avenue. Exit 1
Third Grade	8:00 a.m	Students will enter via Exit 3 - School Yard
Fourth Grade	8:00 a.m	Students will enter via Exit 6 - West 172 Street
Fifth Grade	8:00 a.m.	Students will enter via Exit 6 - West 172 Street

Dismissal Procedures

Grade Level	Dismissal	Designated Exit
3K	2:10 p.m.	Students will be dismissed via Exit 2
Pre- K	2:10 p.m.	Students will be dismissed via Exit 2
Kindergarten	2:15 p.m.	Teachers will dismiss all Kindergarten students using exit 3 in the backyard . Please enter this area by West 172nd Street towards Nelson Avenue.
First Grade	2:15 p.m.	Teachers will dismiss all First Grade students using exit 3 in the backyard . Please enter this area by West 172nd Street towards Nelson Avenue.
Second Grade	2:15 p.m.	Teachers will dismiss all second grade students at 2:15 p.m. using exit 5 in the school yard that is on Shakespeare Avenue.
Third Grade	2:15 p.m.	Teachers will dismiss all Third grade students at 2:15 p.m. using exit 5 in the school yard that is on Shakespeare Avenue.
Fourth Grade	2:15 p.m.	Students will be dismissed via Exit 6 located on West 172nd Street. Fourth Graders will line up by the fence towards Shakespeare Ave on West 172nd Street.
Fifth Grade	2:15 p.m.	5th Graders will line up by the fence towards Nelson Avenue on West 172nd street.
